Crossfit is hard enough. Between strength training, gymnastics, cardiovascular endurance and so much more, it’s hard to understand what the body goes through until you’ve done it.

Our approach to treating and managing our athletes relies greatly on your own goals.

Depending on the movements that you are struggling with or trying to get more efficient at, that’s where we will target and aim our rehabilitation plans.

This is also why we’ve developed our very own Crossfit Athlete Assessment Protocol

This Protocol is designed to deeply assess your strengths and weaknesses, linking up specific strength and mobility test with the various Crossfit movements. It also provides a great baseline even for athletes who aren’t injured looking to improve aspects of their training, something we recommend to all our athletes as a consistent and easily repeatable testing protocol to assess their progress - you can’t improve on what you don’t measure!
