Do you do home visits?

We do home visits through phone call bookings only. Areas we are happy to service for home visits include suburbs within 10km of the following suburbs: Winthrop, Melville, Booragoon, Myaree, Alfred Cove, Applecross, Willagee, Canningvale, Treeby, Atwell and Aubin Grove. However we do make exceptions for this for current patients.

Yes — based inside CrossFit Quarter Melville in Booragoon, we work directly alongside CrossFit coaches to ensure your rehabilitation program complements your training rather than replacing it. We communicate with your coach to modify movements where needed and keep you as active as possible throughout recovery.

How long does it take to recover from a sports injury?

Recovery time depends on the injury type and severity. Minor strains may take a few weeks, while more serious injuries can take months. Early physiotherapy intervention helps speed up recovery.

What’s the difference between physiotherapy and chiropractic care?

Physiotherapists focus on movement, rehabilitation, and strengthening exercises, while chiropractors mainly use spinal adjustments. Both can be beneficial depending on the condition.
